$24 per head (+ staff costs for a chef & wait staff)

Vol au vent of shredded ham hock, cranberry & Linkwater rarebit

Beetroot cured gravadlax in handcrafted caraway bagel cream cheese & pickled fennel

Asparagus, aged cheddar & caramelized onion tart

Pigs in blankets with prune chutney

Red onion tart tatin with grilled goats’ cheese

Eggnog – custard tart with apple compote

 

Christmas Canapés 2 - drop off

$24 per head

Beetroot cured gravadlax in handcrafted caraway bagel cream cheese & pickled fennel

Pork & pistachio terrine, medjool date & thyme sandwich

Tortilla cup with jackfruit mole & jalapeño jam (vegan)

Steamed king prawn wrapped in wafer thin chorizo

Marjool date stuffed with blue cheese & pear paste

Flourless chocolate truffle bites

CHRISTMAS BUFFET 1

$25 per head (minimum 20 guests)

Main

Roast glazed ham, Muscovado sugar, ginger, cinnamon, star anise & fennel.

Served on a platter sliced with fresh watercress & boozy apricot chutney

Steamed new potatoes with herb sour cream

Roasted root vegetables orange blossom, thyme and honey

Salad of baby greens with raspberry vinaigrette

Sourdough rolls with black salt butter
