How My Career started

My Career started in a competitive way, i was only 15 years old. In the U.K we had a class at school called home economics, the task was to create a decorated Christmas cake, their would be prizes. My good friend Fraser and i had excelled at cooking the fairly basic meals, but here at last was an opportunity to show what we could really do.....
